  Had to give it 1 star to be able to write a review, otherwise I wouldn't even give this crappy company 1 STAR! they cancelled my flight the day before I was heading back from vacation, called numerous times to speak to a representetive and nobody answered! wrote an email to them and they never responded, I don't know how these companies are in business! so I had to pay much more for a last min ticket, thanks to these jerks!

  NEVER USE!! I booked a flight and needed to cancel within hours due to an emergency. They charged me fee after fee until my credit was 1/5 of the original price. In order to use the credit it took me several weeks to book the flight due to only one representative being able to help me and that person was either "not in" or never called back, to make it worse she was not helpful and rude when I spoke to her. In the end, Expedia is far cheaper than the fares this site can offer and a pleasure to deal with.

  I used their booking services to help my family escape Hurricane Irma. As you can imagine, there were so many things going on at one time. As we got closer to the day of the flight, there were news reports of some airlines having delays, etc... We could not afford a delay and were fortunate to find another flight with a different airline. Given the time constraints with the hurricane approaching, we canceled the day of with cheapflights. Cheapflights is not only unwilling to provide me with a refund, they will only credit me roughly 50% of what I paid...Yes, 50% credit of what I initially paid. Furthermore, the credit has to be used with the same flight, and they will charge an additional $200 per person for a rebooking fee ($400 total for the 2 people I got the flights for). This is insane and horrible! This wasn't a family vacation ticket, or a time to just get away, this was a state of emergency and this company has not shown any compassion. As a survivor of this horrible hurricane, I feel taken advantage of and hope others will not use this company's services!
