  I gave them only one star because i couldnt give them 0. So heres the thing: When i first went to rent from them, they didnt have keys for the apartment in Euclid, meaning i had to wait to move. Then when i DID finally move, there were like 3 leaks that they didnt fix until 3MONTHS later and the garage door stayed broken. Next, lets get to the crazy guy who lived below me. Apparently he constantly went to them complaining to them about little things, lights and what not. I told them, it couldnt have been too much of an issue because yall didnt tell me ANYTHING this whole time... See, they wanted me to work 2jobs so when i STARTED my 2jobs they were complaining i was coming in at 3am and im like its actually more like 330! I know becaise thats ME coming in amd its not like i was loud or tampering with anything! I would be exgausted and just trying to get some sleep to be right back up for my other job... So the crazy guy below me puts a webcam on the hallway, mind you im paying ALOT of money to stay in this tiny apartment thats falling apart; they had to replace the sink in the kitchen because THEY waited too long to fix the leak. All the while my rent ALWAYS paid on time, i wasnt aware it was any issues! I had to get a roommate to help me pay that high @$$ rent, and me having a.d.d., a.d.h.d. AND dyslexia AND working two jobs, i forgot to go down and put my roommate on the lease and it was a whole issue about that. Took every hair on my body not to turn up on them white people man... I had to call the Euclid police because the crazy dude was trying to kill me for just asking a question! So all in all they ended up putting me out, and i lost over 1200 dollars moving to the place and paying deposit. If you see a property run by this place RUN and i mean run fast!
